Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Financial Reporting Team Manager
- Managing relationship with UK stakeholders
- Submit schedules and reconciliations of key Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss accounts to Global Consolidations Team (Investment &Equity; PP&E; Debt; Goodwill &Intangible; Statutory and Special charges),
- Review financial statements and supporting schedules from assigned business units to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (during MEC)
- Consolidate results in accordance with US GAAP including the generation of adjusting and eliminating journal entries
- Support management in completing special projects and other ad hoc assignments
- Prepare analysis and other information to support audit requests
- Organize and monitor current operations so that the team meets our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and follows the agreed process
- Identify opportunities for process improvements or automation
Requirements and competencies:
- Solid accounting knowledge
- Very good command of MS Office tools,
- Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS reporting standards ,
- Master Degree in Economy/Finance/Accounting
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting/finance area
- Knowledge of Workday , Hyperion Financial Management will be an asset
- Excellent English/Polish/ language verbal and written communication skills required. Other languages an advantage
