    Payroll Administrator Entry


    Is this job for me?


    You are looking for a job in a stable international company where you can start your career, take advantage of training programs and build up your skills step-by-step. Although you don't have much professional experience, you learn fast and are interested in developing in payroll because it would allow you to use your numerical skills to provide a useful service to our clients' employees.


    What you will need to get this job:


    • up to 6 months of experience in a similar role would be useful, but we're much more interested in how quickly you can learn new skills
    • good English – you need to be at least B2+ (on the CEFR scale) because you'll be using English every day
    • good excel skills – at least at an intermediate level because it's a key working tool for this role
    • analytical skills – you need to be really good at working with numbers, data and paying close attention to details
    • a bachelor's or master's degree in accountancy, finance or economics (or a related subject) would be useful, but is not essential


    In your first three months:


    • you'll learn how we process payments for pension funds
    • you'll get to know more experienced payroll specialists who will share their know-how with you
    • you'll learn how to maintain systems that we use to make and record payments


    What you will do once you're fully trained:


    • calculate and make pension payments
    • use your know-how and analytical skills to make sure that payments are accurate and delivered on-time
    • cooperate with colleagues in the UK to solve issues and meet clients' expectations
    • interact with the UK tax office
