    Accounts Administrator Entry


    To strengthen our Accounts team, we are looking for a Junior Accounts Administrator with high attention to details and good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Accounts team makes payments, deducts taxes and prepares annual reports connected with pensions schemes for the employees of our clients


    Your key responsibilities:

    • Planning, preparing and completing quarterly/annual reports for our clients in UK
    • Responding to incoming and assigned issues
    • Employing a service delivery business model/approach to managing client relationships
    • Ensuring appropriate escalation steps if required
    • Appropriately assigning issues to team members in accordance with the Assignment Procedure
    • Applying the changes in processes in daily work

    To be successful in this role, you must be proficient in the following areas:

    • Fluent English and communication skills (B2+ min.)
    • Analytical skills – that enable you to work with huge amounts of numbers and data
    • High attention to details – which helps you to complete your tasks with commitment and accuracy
    • Spotless record and strong ethos.
    • Self-motivation, ability to prioritize tasks and work to meet tight deadlines

    In addition, the following would be highly preferable: 

    • Bachelor/Master degree - preferably in accounting, economics, finance or similar
    • first-hand experience in an administrative position
    • Excel skills – intermediate level is preferred
