    Key responsibilities:


    • Management of all operational and administration tasks, including team workloads in line with SLAs/KPIs through the ability to organize, prioritise and make effective workload allocation decisions
    • Ensure that the ongoing service provided is continuously improved;
    • Work with the Administration Team Manager to implement new solutions to aid efficiency, including identification, planning, management, measurement and targets
    • Knowledge of their client's flexible benefit plan detail to enable them to support the client and the internal team
    • Updating internal and external facing documentation which supports the client’s flexible benefit plan (examples are business requirements and interface specifications)
    • Implementing changes to tools and documentation needed to support effective service delivery (examples are SOPs and process maps)
    • Review and maintenance of the processing calendar to ensure all daily processes are completed




    • Fluent English - C1 Level (CEFR scale or equivalent)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Experience in using computer applications (MS Office is a must, Excel skill advanced – produce/analyse reports)
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Teamwork skills
    • Self motivator and detail oriented
    • Project experience
    • Experience in implementation changes to tools and documentation
    • Experience in management the workload in line with Service Level Agreements
    • Occasional evening and weekend work to meet business needs/deadlines
    • Domain knowledge is an asset
