    Senior Specialist – HR Processes

    HR Global Operations Team provides Human Resource administrative services to Aon colleagues globally.

    HR Processes Senior Specialist is responsible for supporting employee life cycle processes, driving process improvement initiatives, including identifying where synergies exist and opportunities for consolidation, standardization, process excellence or other improvements.



    Detailed Responsibilities:

    • Responding to complex incoming cases and delivering business results by facilitating stakeholder management accountability and collaboration
    • Appropriately assigning incoming work to team members
    • Employing the service delivery business model to build professional working relationship with internal clients
    • Engaging with key stakeholders and customers to educate, communicate, and enforce operating procedures, process and approvals
    • Training less experienced team members on more complex and non-standard processes; responding to escalated issues
    • Coaching team members on providing high quality services and client relationship building
    • Initiating and coordinating change or improvement projects and helping the team apply the changes in daily work
    • Ensuring process documentation and general processing principles are followed
    • Ensuring business requirements and SLAs are understood and followed
    • Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication tailored to varied stakeholder audiences and geographies
    • Acting as subject matter expert sought for counsel, knowledge and partnership
    • Supporting steady state Workday technology and process change requests by driving requirements development, testing and migration approvals for owned business processes



    • 2-3 years of experience in HR Administration is a must

    • Very good knowledge of English and Spanish
    • Experience of working in an international environment
    • Advanced knowledge of HR systems (Workday would be an asset)
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook – is a must, SharePoint – is an asset)
    • Very high attention to details
    • Ability to analyse data and check its accuracy

    University degree or equivalent

    • Ability to meet tight deadlines under time pressure
    • Ability to prioritize tasks according to volumes

    •Ability to manage assigned projects successfully•
