• Senior Developer/Architect - Process Automation

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Act as an SME in Process Automation
    • Develop and test automation solutions and enhancements
    • Create and maintain automation solution documentation
    • Assist in assessing, defining, and enforcing automation technology and architecture standards
    • Assist in researching potential automation technology solutions and best practices to help guide CoE’s automation strategy and perspectives
    • Liaising with all internal stakeholders and IT System Project Teams as well as external vendors
    • Supporting the EMEA and Global teams with technical support of automations and in actively managing issues

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Advanced Python skills; other programming languages a plus
    • Knowledge of Automation software (UiPath or others)
    • Understanding of automation technologies: Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning
    • Analytical thinking
    • Continuous improvement methodology knowledge: Six Sigma or Lean management knowledge
    • Experience as a software developer - 2-3 years minimum
    • English level: C1 or higher
    • Highly motivated and proactive, with good verbal/written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Ability to communicate complex processes and technical knowledge to a non-technical audience
    • Ability to deal with stress and tight deadlines
    • Experience in financial sector (banks, insurance companies) is a plus
    • Experience in project management is an asset
