    Health & Benefits Administrator with Norwegian


    Health & Benefits (H&B) Team in Krakow provides support to the Norway H&B Teams who advise Corporate clients on their insurance plans and support their renewal needs. This work is primarily carried out through the use of the Health & Benefits web based system TBS), which is used to store all plan information and acts as an interface between insurers, clients and ourselves.

    Detailed Responsibilities:

    • Ensure data accuracy 
    • Be able to support colleagues in Norway with renewal
    • Carry out analytical and administrative tasks through the use of web based system workflows
    • Ability to read through, cross check and process large documents
    • Collect documents from insurance portals
      • Upon collection and reconciliation of data, identify and resolve inconsistencies and can make analytical recommendations/interpretations
      • Draft communications to be issued to insurers or clients
    • Ensure process standards are met or exceeded
    • Identify process and service improvement opportunities
    • Flexibility on supporting the teams in Norway and ensuring operational continuity
    • Support and integrate process improvements and improve data quality 
    • Actively take ownership in team workloads and performance, solving tasks as a team

    • Share knowledge to continuously support colleagues in skill development and training


    • Experience in economics/finance/administration would be an asset
    • Experience of working in an international environment would be an asset
    • Very good Scandinavian/ English level – at least B2
    • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
    • Very high attention to details
    • Good numerical skills
    • Able to meet tight deadlines under time pressure
