    HR Global Operations Team provides Human Resource administrative services to Aon colleagues globally.

    HR Processes Administrator is responsible for supporting employee life cycle processes and responding to HR queries.

     

     

    Detailed Responsibilities:

    • • Processing incoming requests in line with SoPs, client guidelines and agreed deadlines
      • Reviewing and Adjudicating Background Check files
      • Recording Background Check results
      • Following escalation correct escalation path when required
      • Responding to queries from internal and external clients
      • Resolving cases assigned
      • Building strong relationships with clients and  third-party providers
      • Communicating with relevant parties using appropriate means and language
      • Participating actively in Global calls and internal meetings
      • Doing other tasks as requested by your manager
      • Keeping Team’s SLA’s
      • Appropriately assign incoming requests

     

     

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 1 year experience in HR Administration is a must
    • Experience of working in an international environment
    • Advanced knowledge of HR systems (Workday would be an asset)
    • Ms Office (excel, word, outlook – is a must, SharePoint – is an asset)
    • Very high attention to details
    • Ability to analyse data and check its accuracy
    • Fluent English (C1 level)

    • University degree or equivalent (Cultural Studies/Human Resource/Administration would be an asset)

    • Client focus approach
    • Able to meet tight deadlines under time pressure
    • Able to prioritize tasks according to volumes
