    Key Ares of Responsibilities:

     

    *Working with local countries or regional groups to obtain lease information on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    * Entering the lease information provided by the countries/region into the software
    * Ensure lease information provided by the country is supported (contracts, invoice, etc.)
    * Reconcile cash payments to leased assets
    * Monthly and Quarterly reporting as needed
    * Produce journal entries as part of monthly and quarterly reporting
    * Working with lease software vendor for any trouble shooting

    Qualifications
    •    Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
    •    1 years experience in accounting or finance
    •    Basic understanding of US GAAP accounting
    •    Basic understanding of MS excel, word, visio, and powerpoint
    •    Strong human relation skills with an ability to listen, consider alternative views, and solve complex problems
    •    Strong project management skills
    •    Strong written and verbal communications skills
    •    Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities
    •    Ability to identify process improvements opportunities
    •    Ability to work, take ownership, and succeed in a rapidly changing environment
    •    Must be a Team player
