    Responsibilities:  

    • Processing incoming requests in line with SOPs and agreed deadlines
    • Responding to queries from internal and external clients
    • Supporting key recruitment administration processes such as candidate screening, interview scheduling, candidate reimbursement, candidate assessment and various admin/operational tasks
    • Appropriately assigning incoming requests
    • Taking on larger scale tasks or workstreams thanks to good time management skills
    • Contributing to the delivery of a range of HR Projects and taking on ad hoc assignments
    • Acting as subject matter expert sought for counsel, knowledge and partnership
    • Ensuring SOPs and process documentation are up-to-date
    • Sharing knowledge and business acumen with less experienced colleagues to help them understand the context of a task or project
    • Actively participating in calls and internal meetings
    • Building strong relationships with internal clients and  third-party providers, using appropriate communication channels and styles
    • Managing risk effectively and flagging issues that may impact delivery.
    • Acting as a role model for delivering excellent customer service, striving to show consistency in both communication and behavior.

     

     

    Requirements:

     

    • You have around 2 year experience in HR Administration/TA/Shared Services
    • You have experience of working in an international environment
    • You have advanced knowledge of HR systems (Workday, iCIms would be an asset) and Ms Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook – is a must, SharePoint – is an asset)
    • You are very attentive to detail
    • You demonstrate the ability to analyze data and cross check for accuracy
    • You demonstrate Client focused approach
    • You are able to meet tight deadlines under time pressure
    • You are able to prioritize tasks and manage your workload independently
    • Fluent English (C1 level)
    • Spotless record and strong ethos
