  • Posting Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide day-to-day administration of client employees’ requests including, but not limited to document verification, analysis and identification of the work type, work allocation to the relevant team;
    • Ensure the highest quality in terms of meeting SLAs, data protection and data accuracy;
    • Understand impact of own work’s quality and effectiveness on the team and company performance and take responsibility to contribute in a positive way;
    • Apply the processes and procedures in your daily work, ensure their regular reviews and updates;
    • Achieve the team’s and individual targets (KPIs, SLAs, legislative requirements, quality);
    • Identify and escalate issues, actively participate in problem solving;
    • Cooperate with other teams when solving problems/knowledge sharing/agreeing nonstandard procedures;
    • Take part in mini-projects, for example to bring in the new work to Krakow;
    • Focus on continued service improvement;
    • Build effective working relationships with colleagues in Poland and the UK.

     

    Requirements:

    •    Very good command of English (minimum B2+);
    •    Analytical thinking. Ability to link various facts, data, keywords while verifying members' correspondence; effective decision making;
    •    Excel skills - intermediate level;
    •    Good time and task management, ability to prioritize tasks and work to tight deadlines;
    •    Ability to work effectively in a team setting,
    •    Problem solving;
    •    Proactivity and flexibility - look for solutions when the standard procedures do not work;
    •    Ability to work in and adapt to a quickly changing environment;
    •    Spotless record and strong ethos
