    Global HR Shared Services Team provides Human Resource administrative services including program and policy administration and service delivery.

    Your key responsibilities:


    • Processing incoming requests in line with SOPs and agreed deadlines
    • Preparing relevant paperwork
    • Responding to queries from internal and external clients
    • Resolving cases assigned
    • Showing ability to absorb, understand and articulate local regulations and compliance driven requirements
    • Execute operationalized, country specific compliance and regulatory driven scope of work with attention to detail and delivery of excellent products
    • Support of key HR colleague life-cycle programs such as mass hiring requests

    To be successful in this role you must be proficient in the following areas:

    • Availability, minimum 30 hours per week;
    • Being a student;
    • Very good English – B2+ Level;
    • Strong analytical skills;
    • Communication skills, creativeness and open mindedness;
    • Team worker – helps and supports others;
    • Spotless record and strong ethos;
    • Ability to pay attention to details;
    • Self-motivation, ability to prioritize tasks and work to meet tight deadlines
