    The Scheme Events team is responsible for completing weekly, monthly and annual tasks relating to the all DB clients (e.g. Pension Increases, Member Reconciliation reports, Interfaces) and supporting DB admin teams.

    These processes involve running reports, analysing high number of data and identifying discrepancies. In order to solve any issues the contact with Accounts, Admin and UK Scheme Events teams is required (email, IM, calls).

    • Very good Excel skills
    • Strong analytical skills 
    • High attention to detail
    • Following client specific requirements to meet each clients' exact needs
    • Applying the processes and procedures of the team in daily work
    • Achieving team and individual targets (KPIs, SLAs, quality targets)
    • Reviewing and updating procedures and documentation
    • Contributing to the team as a whole, supporting the rest of the team based on their needs
    • Maintaining required levels of technical knowledge and behavioural standards, especially all regulatory and statutory requirements
    • Building one team approach and strong relationships with all teams
    • Communicating with relevant parties using the appropriate communication channel and language
    • Pensions knowledge would be an asset
    • Flexibility (e.g. performing additional  tasks as requested by manager, changing priorities)
    • Fluent English (B2+)
