Key Responsibilities:


Business Partnering / Advisory

  • Partnering business stakeholders in by attending governance meetings, and helping to find solutions to their development needs
  • Advocating and driving a consistent approach to development across Business Lines
  • Supporting the growth of Business Lines by advising new managers on how to build effective career paths and boost engagement
  • Running and calibrating Talent Review with Business managers; supporting the business to find development solutions for key talents
  • Leveraging the offerings of the Leadership Development team to expand the range of courses offered to Krakow colleagues


Project Management / Delivery

  • Leading and/or participating in TD projects so that they reach their desired outcomes
  • Driving the performance cycle with Business; ensuring that key actions are performance on time
  • Providing training and coaching where required
  • Measuring the effectiveness of training and development solutions, as well as providing data on training participation
  • Supporting the process to measure engagement across the campus
  • Supporting the project to develop consistent competencies at all levels in the organization


Key Requirements:

  • Masters degree (especially HRM, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration)
  • Certification/accreditation in Learning and Development / Training. Preferably design, delivery or evaluation of learning and development.
  • At least 7 years working in the learning and development field and in training delivery
  • Knowledge of all areas of learning and development including methodologies, administration and learning management systems
  • Experience in similar industry would be beneficial.
  • Experience of running complex, large-scale projects, managing a large number of complicated work streams
  • Experience of managing 3rd parties/vendors
  • High level of verbal and written English language skills – C1+ level (CEFR scale)
