    The Junior Graphic Designer will support Aon’s Employee Benefits Communication team by producing graphics to support Employer communication campaigns to employees via online, social and print media.


    • Digital and print rework using predefined templates
    • Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design for communication
    • Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to consultants
    • Working with a range of media and formats (photography, vectors, typography, etc.)
    • Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
    • Obtaining approval of concept by submitting rough layout for review
    • Cooperating with consultants, project managers, printers, copywriters, photographers or other designers


    • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, Acrobat
    • HTML & CSS knowledge for email and website design
    • Experience of working with video and motion graphics programmes Adobe Premier and After Effects  (desirable)
    • Enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair
    • Excellent knowledge of InDesign including style sheets, tables, preflight for printing, data merge function and interactivity (buttons, bookmarks and hyperlinks)
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word (including data merge), PowerPoint, Excel
    • Experience of web design an advantage (html/css)
    • Good English skills allowing for occasional copywriting and independent proofreading
    • Social media savvy
    • Knowing After Effects would be an asset [not as much as the above
