    The Global Talent Coordinator is responsible for supporting the integrated approach to the Talent Development curriculum lifecycle by supporting the ARS Talent team, HR Advisors, and Aon Corporate Talent Organization.  This role will seek out opportunities to improve collaboration, communication and process efficiencies with various stakeholders.  Additionally, the Global Talent Coordinator supports the Talent function as we strive for sharing best practices, improving processes and driving for more coordination, collaboration and consistency across the world.



    Responsibility Areas

    • Aon Signature and Professional Skills Program Management
    • Design and own the overall Process and Management of ARS participation in the Global Signature Programs – Program allocations; Consolidating Global ARS nominations; Communication; budget Tracking; Ongoing process of soliciting and waitlist management; ensuring resources are available to run or facilitate these programs effectively; aligning communications across key stakeholder groups (HRDs/HRBPs, TD leaders, and the Leadership Development COE)
    • Proactively analyze and share the program’s evaluation measures with the goal of ensuring colleagues and their managers value the program’s experience and time investment; provide information and reporting on employee participation and oversee communication to managers and participants on upcoming program engagement


    • ARS Global Training Management
    • Assist Talent Leaders in completing action items to deliver results which support our Unmatched Talent Agenda
    • Develop the expertise of ARS learning offerings and act as a consultant to the Talent team and HRAs on identifying appropriate opportunities to meet colleague learning needs – this may include formal and informal development activities
    • Identify learning maps and development guides  impacted by a training development project;  ensure  the resources are updated to optimize the colleague’s experience with Aon University and build confidence in it as the best place to access career development resources
    • Interact with Business/Talent Leaders on a variety of projects to enhance colleague development
    • Liaise with Talent Managers across all regions to ensure success of Leadership Development programs
    • Conduct analysis of training investment across our various business segments and by different demographics
    • Pull usage/completion reports for learning and Aon University activity; manage scorecard and metrics to be shared with business leaders


    • ARS Training Delivery Management
    • Manage logistical needs for training events - (i.e., scheduling, Joining instructions, training environment, training rooms, printing, IT refreshment, managing feedback etc). This will include:, EMEA Sales Management Programmes, Mentoring, Feedback, Career development workshops, team offsites, UK inductions and core curriculum. This may involve leading other resources globally to enable deployment of global training.
    • Manage logistical needs for new Global ARS programmes as they are designed. This may include, High Potential programmes, rotational programmes, or other BU specific programmes.
    • Organisation and coordination of the EMEA Sales Competency Framework roll out in the UK. This will consist of in-person sessions across the UK to be managed and coordinated (invites, materials, locations etc
    • EMEA coordination of the EMEA Sales Psychometric, responsible for liaison with the provider, setting up ad distribution of reports and billing to countries. This is in relation to use of the Sales Competency Line Manager and Colleague Assessments on Qlikview – during the mid-year process. The business request these reports before conducting their mid-year conversations
    • Managing the roll out of Global Progammes, such as Broker Accreditation (part 2).
    • Onboard external training vendors and consultants by identifying critical actions and contacts to  navigate our environment so they are equipped to deliver learning solutions successfully
    • Liaise with Business Leaders to transition training Curriculums on AUC; assist with material deployment and content updates on AUC during scheduled maintenance cycle
    • Identify process improvement opportunities for business training;  Work with Talent Managers and Business Leaders’ to improve and drive efficiency


    • Required Skills and Experience

      • Minimum of 3 years working in a corporate HR or L&D environment
      • Strong project management skills and attention to details; Able to manage multiple priorities and projects
      • Ability to rapidly acquire a thorough knowledge of Company products and Company structure
      • Experience working cross-culturally and with virtual teams
      • Business acumen to identify business issues and trends
      • Experience working in a matrixed environment
      • Ability to assist others in working through barriers to achieving project goals and mitigating risk
      • Possesses sufficient knowledge of learning management systems and standard practices to drive optimal delivery model and solutions
      • Familiar with learning design processes and curricula planning
      • Worked with or managed budgets
      • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint

      Required Education

      • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of experience and educa
