Work Details:

Our Operation MI Team provides reporting support to our clients.  We analyze the data to make sure that all contractual requirements have been met. We also look for improvement opportunities to make sure that we serve our clients in the best possible way. We work, learn and succeed together as a team.


Key responsibilities:


Preparation of daily/ weekly/monthly reporting (i.e. SLA’s, KPI’s, etc.)

Driving process analysis & improvement initiatives

Liaising with stakeholders to identify and implement improvement ideas

Designing new reports




Very good English – B2+ minimum

Strong analytical and problem solving skills – you can combine different sets of data to work out what’s happening and how the problem can be solved

Experience in using MS Office applications

Good time management – which allows you to manage your own time and meet deadlines even under time pressure

Spotless record and strong ethos

Adaptability – you can switch priorities quickly when things change and focus on new goals

Very good VBA knowledge is a strong asset
SharePoint knowledge is an asset
