  • Manage execution of the tasks as defined in the project plan in order to achieve the project goals.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure a common understanding by setting expectations in accordance with the Project Plan, in order to align the stakeholders and team members.
  • Responsible for managing/ recording detailed customer requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders in order to establish the project deliverables, using requirement-gathering techniques (e.g., planning sessions, brainstorming, focus groups) and the project charter.
  • Conduct a kick-off meeting with all key stakeholders in order to announce the start of the project and review the overall project plan and gain consensus.
  • Implement the approved actions and workarounds required to mitigate project risk events in order to minimize the impact of the risks on the project.
  • Reports on risks, issues and changes according to Industry standards and Aon specific practices, including developing and maintaining basic risk, issue and change logs.
  • Is able to manage and maintain a project budget according to Industry standards and Aon specific practices.
  • Improve team performance by building team cohesiveness, leading, mentoring, training, and motivating in order to facilitate cooperation, ensure project efficiency, and boost morale.
  • Develops and maintains constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience required. Advanced degree desired but not required
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • PMP Certification (or equal) or working toward certification within 12 months
  • Proficient skill with Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Word, Excel, Project)
  • Proficient knowledge and use of SharePoint
  • Strong communication skills. Provides information to others both internal and external to the organization; represents the organization to customers and other external sources.
  • Language requirements: English, highly proficient in both spoken and written English
  • Interpersonal skills to support team building: Builds mutual trust and encourages respect and cooperation among team members.
  • Ability to establish alliances with other departments and organizations through recognition of dependencies, driving partnership and commitment to the tower.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines managing multiple priorities.
  • Project budgeting/costing knowledge.
  • Ability to solve more complex problems and deal with a variety of work situations.

  • Candidate must have the ability to work in the Krakow office
