HR Administrative activities:

  • Manage Candidate Assessments online for multiple countries
  • Submit background check requests to vendor
  • Manage the Internal Opportunities program for Aon employees
  • Process candidate reimbursement
  • Edit job descriptions
  • Create contracts for employment agencies
  • Audit all completed work for accuracy
  • Other administrative activities and project support as needed


Screening Applications:

  • Screen candidates’ online applications to determine top qualified candidate pool
  • Review and asses video interviews
  • Conduct phone interviews with new applicants

Interview scheduling:

  • Responsible for key administrative elements of interview scheduling logistics for a Global Talent Acquisition team
  • Schedule and facilitate high volume and individual interviews
  • Communicate confirmations details to candidates and interview team
  • Maintain professional communication with candidate to ensure a timely, efficient interview process from start to finish
  • Provide appropriate and timely follow-up ensuring a positive candidate and client experience
  • Listen to inquiries and requests, respond professionally, consider customer's perspective, follow through on commitments
  • Work with assessor team and hiring manager to ensure that candidates can get through the interview process in a timely manner. If schedules are busy, work with hiring manager and recruiter to find alternate times or assessors

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Produce regular and ad hoc reports reflecting data related to the recruitment processes globally
  • Produce on demand reports as requested

To be successful in this role you must be proficient in the following areas:

  • Fluent English and communication skills
  • 6 months of previous experience in administration or HR will be an asset
  • Experience in International organization will be an asset
  • Customer Service skills
  • Ability to pay attention to details
  • Self-motivation, ability to prioritize tasks and work to meet tight deadlines
  • Flexibility
  • Teamwork skills
  • University degree preferable
  • Spotless record and strong ethos
