Global Human Resources Shared ServicesTeam provides Human Resource administrative services including program and policy administration and service delivery.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Processing incoming requests in line with SOPs and agreed deadlines
  • Prepare compliance driven contracts/amendments/variation letters as legally required for supported countries
  • Responding to queries from internal and external clients
  • Resolving cases assigned
  • Appropriately assign incoming requests
  • Building strong relationships with clients and third-party providers
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills tailored to varied stakeholder audiences and geographies
  • Participating actively in global calls and internal meetings
  • Showing ability to absorb, understand and articulate local regulations and compliance driven requirements
  • Apply expertise and knowledge of system functionality and requirements to troubleshoot data issues to solution and drive enhancement and improvement opportunities forward
  • Execute operationalized, country specific compliance and regulatory driven scope of work with attention to detail and delivery of excellent products
  • Support of key HR colleague lifecycle programs such as On-boarding, Colleague Referrals, Employment Verifications, Personnel File administration

To be successful in this role you must be proficient in the following areas:

  •  Fluent English and communication skills
  •  6 months of previous experience in administration or HR will be an asset
  •  Experience in International organization will be an asset
  •  Customer Service skills
  •  Ability to pay attention to details
  •  Self motivation, ability to prioritize tasks and work to meet tight deadlines
  •  Flexibility
  •  Teamwork skills
  •  University degree preferable
  •  Spotless record and strong ethos
