Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting Procure- to- Pay (P2P) function on a daily basis
  • Administration and configuration of theP2P platform
  • Cooperating with the business utilizing all forms of communication tools which include templates, Procurement system, email, phone, as well as written and verbal communication
  • Identifying problems, determines solutions, and escalating as necessary
  • Cooperating with the Technical Support to ensure the system tickets resolution
  • Managing the P2P Systems Administration inbox
  • Providing support with software release upgrades and new deployments
  • Working within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA)



Must have

  • 1 year of job experience (P2P/ERP Administration and/or Procurement/Finance preferred)
  • Bachelor of IT, Science or Business Degree
  • Fluent English both in speaking and writing
  • Analytical and research skills
  • High competency in communication skills with ability to communicate at all management levels
  • Good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills

Nice to have


  • Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay process
  • Knowledge in use of Coupa, Workday, PeopleSoft, IBM Emptoris, Oracle or other related ERP application software, including familiarity with query tools and tables
  • Creative thinking/problem solving/proactive approach to business and process challenges to identify and respond to obstacles and/or issues
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Global mindset and cultural awareness
